Which 30” wall oven and which CSO should I go with?

We are remodeling our kitchen and already have a Miele dishwasher we will probably keep.

we will be going with the 48” wolf rangetop with 24” griddle and the sub zero 48” french door refridgerator freezer.

i need advice thru ones with experience on a 30” wall oven and also a 30” CSO.

Im not opposed to a gas oven for my larger oven. i would like to stay with stainless and away from the contemporary look but want high quality, durable and dependable.

any help is greatly appreciated.
