Bathroom Remodel Redesign Help

Hello,

We are looking to remodel our bathroom. A few things we would like to do but aren't sure on the design and hoping some might have suggestions.

Things we would like:

If possible, larger closet
Closet Entry from within the bathroom
Minimal moving of plumbing as we do not want to tear into other rooms next to or below
Larger Shower (open to combining tub and shower if that helps
Double Vanity (doesn't have to be split like in the image)
Want a tub just not of this size
If the toilet would stay in its spot a pocket door there instead (I feel this would be better as the opening of the door is difficult today when we are using that vanity and assuming this stays the same)

If needed we could take space from the owner suite. The entry into the owner suite however cannot be changed so needs to accommodate that door where it is. I am hoping some might have some ideas on how to lay this out.

Draw up a floor plan on graph paper and include every dimension.

Where are you willing to give up space from? You do not make something bigger without making something else smaller, unless you want to do an addition. A master bath remodel is already 60K +- so every change that you want to do, as an add on to replacing like for like, adds to that total. You really should be consulting a paid professional kitchen and bath designer for the project, but they are going to give you the same information, and ask what you want to give up, and do you have the budget for your wants.

@Minardi Thanks for the response. I didn't know if by removing that large corner tub for example allowed for space that was not realized and why i was asking here. We are hoping to gain some space here. I also mentioned that maybe we could take some of the space from the bedroom itself. If these things are to hard or not possible to get the space then lets leave it as is and update as many items on our wish list as possible.

I am not sure how to find these folks to help out. We did go and talk with someone that was recommended by a friend and they came and looked but then made comment that if you change the vanity in this room you will need to do them in all bathrooms to maintain consistency. This did not sit well with us as we do not want to update them all. This was another reason we thought to explore online to see what we might be able to figure out ourselves through communities like this.
