have you already done some work or are you going to gut it to the studs and relocate plumbing?

Some of the plumbing will need to be redone, but it all depends on the layout we end up going with.

Moving toilets often expensive and sometimes requires aredo of and old stack or even reworking the lower level to handel the new toilrt plumbing In this pic we had to build a stainleds drop for the new plumbing upstairs .Look above the horizontal cabinets on the right .I agree the space is odd what are the spaces next to this where you might steal space to make it more functional . So nae all the spaces next to this please .

The white wall is in the dining room, we could extend out that way, but we also plan on adding cabinets there. It would also be expensive because there is plumbing in the wall and the wall is very large. The green wall is in the bedroom. Pushing it out there would not be as expensive because there is only electrical in that wall. Regardless, the layout will be weird.
