Name That Plant!California Gardening Annuals

so, are these vinca? or something else?

We have had these a while, and they are pretty tough, so I've decided I like them. (There was another pink one that I loved, that was lost when I had to go out of town. I keep hoping to find offspring!) I am putting this in the Annuals forum just in case - here though, they seem to keep going.

Are these vinca? I'm not sure. The white one has different leaves. And there is actually a second lighter pink one, off to the lower right, but it's hiding. The pink plants seem to have similar leaves though.

I was riding in a car so maybe that was the problem.

Catharanthus rosea, annual vinca sometimes called Madagascar periwinkle.

Most definitely - we grew up knowing them as periwinkles, and I was confused until I found out there was another kind, and that was where 'periwinkle blue' came from 😁

Vincas are the only ones that can grow here.
