An option you could adopt to keep a visual balance (while not entirely covering the tiled wall) is to have a mirror just above the sink and, on the other side, a smaller picture frame with some eye-catching art. The reason why I suggested a smaller picture frame, rather than the same size of the mirror, is to create a clear and deliberate difference between the mirror and the art (which is unlikely they will have the exact dimensions and proportions). And to counterbalance the smaller size of the picture frame, you choose an eye-catching print to evenly distribute the visual attention to both the mirror (bigger but neutral) and the art (smaller but characterful). In terms of size, I wouldn't be too strict, however I would recommend choosing something that unmistakably looks smaller, avoiding anything looking too similar in size, otherwise it wouldn't look intentional but rather more like a mistake. Potentially you could have also two small picture frames aligned vertically as well.
