Pebble Tile Shower Floor....Please Help!!!!

We bought our house several years ago and loved this big shower. However cleaning and maintaining it has been a major headache. This week I did a thorough bleaching of everything to remove mold and mildew that had accumulated and I noticed some cracks in the grout and some loose pebbles that came right off when I scrubbed them. Nobody has used this shower for 3 days and I'm concerned that there is water underneath because the grout still looks wet. My main questions are:

1. Do(Can) I need to let the grout fully dry before I fill in the cracks in the grout and reattach the pebbles that came loose.

2. What's the best way to repair the grout and reattach the pebbles?

3. How do I get rid of the mineral buildup that is covering some of the rocks?
