How much of the house is brick and how much is siding?

the house is a bungalow with brick all around and siding just in the peaks

siding AND garage door a soft sage green to compliment the brick.

^If it appeals to you, a sage green could be really nice with your brick. Someone here recently showed her exterior with SW Oyster Bay. It might work with your brick. Know that whatever you choose will look lighter on the exterior.

A soft sage green would be great for the garage and siding. Or, a more traditional color could be beige/tan that is NOT a muddy color. In either case, the garage door should match the siding.

Pretty house (well, what we can see of it, that is).

Personally I like when a roof and garage door are complementary, especially when the brick is fairly busy, allowing the front door and landscaping to draw the eye.

I wouldn’t play up the orange in the brick (unless you like it) and paint the garage door and siding the same color so facade is not broken up. Given the entrance is dark suggest a lighter color on the front door and on that note, I’d remove the two very large bushes, as they are overpowering and also blocking windows/natural light into your home.

Research color combinations that appeal to you and be sure to test.

Lyn and I are on the same page but we need to see the whole house . Thanks for the pic and I still would do the sage . in your case the landscpaing needs a huge rework too
