I would try to touch up the vanities' paint if you can get away with it, and get new light fixtures instead.

The frame of you large vanity seems top heavy for the vanity. Here is my suggestion including new lighting.

If you want a change from white, black would also be nice

Charcoal is also a nice colour for your bathrooms
