Kitchen decisions and kitchen sink headaches!

Kitchen update to include new appliances, quartz countertops, backsplash, lowering peninsula to one level. Floor tile is throughout lower level of house and cannot be changed. Cabinets need to be painted vs re-stained for the best finish outcome.
The quartz is Stratus Ranier gold which compliments the floor and Bedrosian Celine white tile for the backsplash. Cabinets will most likely be SW Pure White. Appliances are Jennair stainless steel.
The kitchen sink will be center stage on the new one level island look peninsula. Everybody hates and loves the same sink! What should I get?
