I use a large ottoman as a coffee table and chaise extension option for a sofa. I'd really consider your sofa a love seat. It would go where the table and chairs are. You have space for a convertible table opposite the island with two chairs until you need more. I'd delete the console and lower the tv. Remove the two chairs. Now you have room for a longer sofa with chaise and that large ottoman.
