Outdoor threshold advice please

Hello,
I would need some advice please regarding my exterior threshold (sliding patio doors) which gives access to a concrete balcony (this is a condo) I think that I maybe removed some of the caulking/sealant. I would like to fix it myself but I have no idea lol. This is a 4 year old condo. I always have dust, and tiny bugs coming in. I know that it can’t be bug proof but if I can do something to help it. I’ve tried contacting the manufacturer but they won’t help me. Thanks
