It would not matter who used it. It only matters how it looks in your room. As to accent walls? Not necessary, rather an amateur concept that leaves the other walls feeling like you ran out of paint.

Pick a color you love, based on the furnishings in the space, the bedding , the rug..... and paint ALL four walls: )
