If you don’t want to change the siding that means all the windows and doors remain. What will you change? I’d eliminate the gable over the porch in favor of a simple shed roof and do standing seam on it. Copper if I was feeling spendy. Chunkier columns? Handrails to define the sitting areas of the porch versus the entrance?

Powerwash the roof, work on landscaping. The columns look good to me. I agree about removing the gable over the door. It's off-center from the window above.

I would not bother with gable, posts are ok.

I would go with darker gray/charcoal gray roof plus landscaping.

Wider trim done properly means new siding. Tacking new trim over the existing will not fool anyone. 100% go with the dark roof.

Thank you ! Darker roof definitely looks better. There is a detached garage to the left which limits the area for the driveway. I really love the lawn and path in front but garage placement makes it unattainable I think.

In your expertise, what style railings would you suggest, if any?? Really appreciate your help.
