Sloping the retaining walls

On a 12’ x 16’ pavers patio, im trying to figure out how to slope in 2 ways. as you can see in the picture, i need to slope in 2 directions. do each retaining wall need to be sloped in 2 directions as well? or can it be sloped only in a direction going away from the house?

whats the easiest and accurste way to do this?

You can use stakes & string line to layout the wall & the level height. A string line level or transit can be used to determine the height & pitch of the patio surface.

Colored water in a clear length of tubing is your level indicator.

You want the house side to be level along the house. You want the patio to slope slightly away from the house side to the opposite side. One slope to the surface of the patio. Level left to right.
