We used Marfa and I am happy with the quality and the process. They are custom and have a lot of options.

What you chose will depend on the look you are going for. I love the look of DeVol kitchens, because they are eclectic and the cabintery is beautiful (I’m sure it costs the earth). But theirs is a very different look than a Poggenpohl kitchen.

So what do consider a European style cabinet?

Semi custom frameless include Omega Full access, Innovae, Kitchencraft, Durasupreme, Ultracraft, and your local higher end custom cabinet maker who invested in an edge bander.

Would like to use cabinet space, cavity most effectively and efficiently. So no space wasted between the drawer cavity and drawers, soft close , pull out, roll out shelves, corners drawers etc are my preferences, flat panel doors in front( not groves etc) is what I think of when I say European cabinets. Correct me if I am wrong, always happy to learn

We chose Ikea cabinets a few years ago, and I think they will provide what you are looking for in "European" cabinets.

The best way to maximize your cabinet space is with an efficient design. Yours has angled upper cabinets, which have a lot of cubic feet but are very inconvenient to use; I also see 5 upper cabinets that are 12" wide (if I'm reading your drawing correctly). Use Easy-reach uppers in the corners, and combine those narrow uppers. I don't see a dishwasher. You have a nice wide aisle between the sink and island, but all the other aisles are too narrow. Roll out shelves are not nearly as convenient as drawers - most of us have drawers in all of our lower cabinets.

Are you getting a gas cooktop, or is that just how your software displays it? Since it's on an interior wall, you'll either have to go through the roof to vent to the outside, or run the vent through a soffit (which eats up valuable storage space).

The Eclipse line from Shiloh is also semi-custom "European frameless."
