Your best bet is to create a shower in the tub area and a linen closet in the current shower space.

Thank you, both, for the ideas! We unfortunately do not want to have to deal with changing out the exterior window etc. to put a shower where the bathtub currently is. Storage there would probably be ideal since we don’t have a linen closet in the bathroom!!

I would put one vanity in front of the window and one where the current one is. The shower can be made bigger and even space for storage. There are lots of inspiration photos on here where vanities face windows.
