small perennial Apiaceae w yellow flowers

An apartment by me has this in a bed, I've successfully started some from seed from it and would love to find out what it is.

It has semi succulent leaves, yellow flowers. grows to about a foot high, and dies back in the winter and regrows so I'm guessing it's a perennial.

Location is Oregon, USA.

Interesting to see this growing successfully in a garden bed. It's native here and I've only ever seen it growing wild on cliffs and sea shores. Hence the succulent leaves designed to protect against drying salt-laden winds. Edible btw. But not to be confused with Samphire, Salicornia europaea, which is delicious.

Soz, Floral - have gone back to campanula and making an effort to sign off. I have never eaten it but for sure, have eaten heaps of samphire (salicornia). Try it Jay - not a difficult one to grow from seed. Can you get seeds in the US? If not, can send you some.

I have rowed back on apiaceae (sp?) but an growing peucedanum verticillaire and peucedanum ostruthium this year (so far).

I can get Crithmum maritimum seeds here. If I lived by the coest aI might try growing chicken toe glasswort. Not.many perennial apiaceae have rhyzomatous roots. They might work growing between stepping stones.
