Don't know your room configuration but look at Fantech. The motor is installed remotely, like in the attic with just a small vent in the room. Very powerful but nearly silent because the motor is not in the room. They also have a through wall set up but I don't know much about that. My fantech vents are part of the light fixtures. I have halogen lights in the center, but they also have LED. I can't find good pics of installed units but this is what goes in the ceiling, just the white round part shows.

IMO the fan is first a function needed then worry about pretty . Many go up in to he ceiling and have only the small area showing . I like the ones that have a light a fan and heat lamp so not much help I guess. I still open my window while running the fan and honestly rarely look up to the ceiling at all. Check out Amazon for bathroon ceiling fans so little shows I just have no idea what you want
