Advice on entryway chandelier location

Hi All, I want to update my chandelier. My current chandelier is centered to the entryway and not the landing. See the picture. Would it look better if I centered it to the landing(moved it to right as shown by red line). That will also allow me to go slightly bigger for the new one. Old location is close to stairs and if I get a slightly bigger chandelier, it will be too close to someone walking on the stairs.

The chandelier looks great right where it is! Moved to the red line

I think it is perfect where it is. You can do a larger light, I think...

Measure the length and width of the entry area....just that and add the two together, convert to inches.

So, let's say the area is 7' wide by 8'. gives a 15" light.

A light in this style would cover the area better.
