Installation methodologies can be large drivers on price. A new construction installation will certainly drive that number UP in this case. New construction installation + all new trim will make that window pricing seem higher than most of what is referenced on here in a replacement capacity.

+1. That pricing would be on the higher side for pocket replacements, but is pretty fair for new construction installs with new interior woodwork.
