An open bottom, glass top, black metal legs console table seems the perfect fit for space & surrounding furnishings. What’s the small bronzy item on entry wall far above the tree art?

Hmm. Pretty interesting door chime cover. Thinking about table in entry again. Instead of black metal frame that would be great with the stair railing & LR coffee table, I’m thinking gold color metal would be better. Gold has more glitz & bling than black which would be nice in your formal entry. You’ve already got the great gold lamps & the nice art also framed in gold. So, open gold metal frame with glass top would still complement the stairs & coffee table but would add a layer of interest. Your rug & pillows on sofa are really pretty, Looks like you have the perfect blue bowl on table too.

this may not be the right blue.... but if you could find similar in a blue that would work, it would look wonderful with your art and lamps and complement the living room.

A THIN console or it will be an obstacle. The one above that is semi circle would be safer than sharp corners. I'm not so sure I would put anything there.
