Please help! Looking for rug/coffee table/art

The first three photos are current living room. I am looking for new art for walls (would be open to removing the shelves), a new coffee table or ottoman to make the couches more comfortable, and a new rug to pull the space together. I like the California coastal style as seen in last pic. The only thing that must stay is the couches which are a textured navy blue.

It seems like everything is pushed and crammed into the corner. There looks like a ton of empty room and wall space to the left of the shelves. Which sofa faces the TV?

Venetian blinds are not California coastal but practical. Cover them with linen sheers to the floor.

I agree the shelves positioning seems off. Perhaps stack all of them together as a bookcase in the right corner like a reading nook. Pull the furnture out a bit for access.

The four framed pieces could be hung in a horizontal row on the big (left) wall. Perhaps paired with a console table.

Then something more to scale for the bumpout...bigger and square.
