Your trees leaves are showing a manganese deficiency. This deficiency shows leaf symptoms: newest leaves with green veins WITH green borders to the sides of the veins on otherwise slight yellowish leaves. Deficiency often caused by high pH, rather than shortage of mineral.

What would you recommend I di to fix it? 🙏

1. Make sure your soil pH is no higher than 6.5 and right around 6.0 is better.
2. You can apply a foliar feed of manganese sulphate, available at most garden centers. This can help lower pH as well.
3. Growing any plant in a container requires frequent supplemental fertilization as potting soils contain minimal, if any, nutrients. Make sure it is one that supplies a full range of trace elements/micronutrients, like Foliage Pro or Osmocote Plus.

Update: I measured the ph and it’s 7.0. I’ll need to add some coffee grounds to make it slightly more acidic.

Despite popular belief, coffee grounds do not help to lower soil pH. They consistently test out from neutral (7.0) to only barely acidic (around 6.7 or 6.8) and you would need a dumpster full of them to have any impact anyway.

Look for and use the manganese sulphate, This will address BOTH the manganese deficiency and help to acidify the soil. And make sure your irrigation water is acidified as well.
