Size of dressers? Can they be stacked, dark one on top?

Can the shelving be removed? Do you like your desk in front of the window? I see a heating element on that wall.

Is it just you? My mom had a queen bed in the guest room in her apartment, head on the outside wall, one side pushed up against the wall (the frame was on wheels, so it was easy to pull it out to make the bed). That would give you space for one dresser along the wall (where you have them now). I might put the other one at the foot of the bed.

I would take the door off the closet, and put up a curtain. That leaves room for the desk on the wall between closet and bed.

The desk can function as a side table for the bed if you need to have it in the room.

Guessing at furniture dimensions and door sizes/placements, but maybe this? Nightstand (if needed for storage) stacked on lighter dresser between the doors, desk doubles as bedside table, shelves moved behind closet door (or remove door as suggested above, substitute curtain). Gives you a working/dressing area and a sleeping area, allows room for some creature comforts (art, plants, rug, etc.).

You do have a closet Under bed storage is a huge help in tiny spaces I cannot tell if your bed can do that. I like the idea of the desk as one night table for sure . If it is just you for the bed most of the time then the bed against the wall works ell too. A good closet organizer is a must too.

I got rid of the bigger dresser and will have to store seasonal clothes in a small storage space. The computer desk is too wide to go next to bed. Right now I have the smaller dresser with side table and computer desk.

You might try the headboard of the bed, under the window. Then place the desk at the end of the bed.
