requesting recommendations for kitchen pendant lights as
I am at a complete loss as to what style of pendant lights to use on my kitchen island! I hate the light that my recessed cans give off and want pendants to anchor the island and give the kitchen some personality. My island measures 93” long x 54” deep. I’m thinking I want to go with two larger pendants as opposed to three smaller ones. Also want the light they give off to be soft (if that makes sense…) Would welcome all recommendations! Thanks : )

Easy to match the chandelier over the table with pendants. Every lighting manufacturer makes something along these lines. Since the island is so close to the table it's hard for me to imagine something else, but maybe someone will come up with something.

last yearlast modified: last yearSince you will be replacing the dining room chandelier at some point (too large/high and not a flattering shape for table) just look for lights that you love and will provide soft lighting. You can also add dimmers and on pot lights (if aren’t using already).
Given the electrical above island is not lined up proportionately, looks like they will have to be removed/ceiling repaired to accommodate 2 pendants.
Suggest round with your table and it doesn’t have to match pendants/just complement.

I happened to see this pendant and thought you might like its soft glow and is not expensive (suggest the medium size). Anything round will work well with the curved seating.
