My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
My Madame Lombard is a baby - I planted it last year after seeing photos of yours on here, Jeri. It grew well - from a rooted band it is now about 2 1/2 feet high and wide. It bloomed nicely last Spring. I just looked at it - it is now covered with new growth, and buds small and large - I can't wait for its Fall bloom. It is late this year, IMO because 3-4 weeks ago we had a ridiculous (for here) heat wave - it was 95 - 100 degrees every day for 10 days. All of the roses just froze in their tracks. ML did not get burned leaves or anything, though, and it is in full sun most of the day. When the heat wave finally ended (ours are usually no longer than 2-3 days), the high temps went back to the mid 70s, which is normal for this time of year, and ML resumed her growth.
When all of those buds bloom, I will put pics on here. Oh, also I have not seen any disease on her.
