Are you removing what is currently in the room OR adding a guest bed etc to what is already there? FWIW I love the print and would keep it for sure - but you will need to add something for privacy on all the doors

The window treatments are meh. I think they look dated and uninteresting.

I think the window treatment is juveneile are your guests going to be young people usually ? We need a lot more info as to what you are going to keep and if this will only be aguest room or will be doing double duty as an offic e. Post a to scale plan here all those windows marked and every measurement clearly marked posted here in jpeg format in a comment DO NOT start another post.

This will be a guest room only. All of the furniture that is in the photos will be gone. The sliding windows have white wooden panels now that slide too.
I will post the plan of the room with the measurements. Just have to find it.

With water reflections coming in with the light, I would paint the walls a pale blue or aqua. White fabrics and furniture will pick up the light and bounce it around. I'm thinking like a pool cabana with plants, rattan and natural wood elements etc.

An area rug in a sand color to ground the space visually, and to muffle sound. It's a guest room so continue your vacation vibe. I think the Key West fabric will work with this.

I don't know what plan this is for, but it's not the plan of this room.

This below is the plan of the room.

I dislike teal for spaces and for rooms where the refelection from the pool is watery blue / teal no way would I do more inside . My pool area is noisy all summer so not an ideal spot for a guest room. I think pool houses are cool so wahy not just do a nice poolhouse design with a pullout sofa for guests but useable all the time

What about using a Murphy bed concept in white?
