You could do sheer curtains hung from a tension rod inside. Hem them to just touch the sill. Also Bali makes Roman shades to fit trapazoid windows. You could also just do a shade like the ones below. I would not do panels because they would be at different heights.

Suggest a blind style that you prefer on the lower portion (there can be 3 or one long one). If using a long blind, maybe look into motorized. The simple, clean lines will suit MCM or modern, if that’s what you are aimimg for.

Leave the uppers bare and you could always add a transparent film down the road.

All those pics of the different blinds are sooo sterile, ugly, cold ish. I agree hand a curtain rod below the top glass panes and avoid the slanted issues but get some panal and add some softness and warmth to the room.

Drapes will have a very different effect, so it‘s important to consider the look you want for the room.
