After working with my space in many different configurations and after receiving advice from Houzz friends, I turned my living room around and it works much better than what the builders apparently envisioned for the space. The space where the TV is supposed to go is now behind the sofa. I’m wanting to fill it maybe partially with book shelves, and some extra storage, but also I’d like it to look beautiful. What would you suggest? I’m on a budget but I’d love to get inspiration and then figure out how to do it. The rest of the room obviously needs help, so I welcome suggestions for that too but my main concern right now is how to use that space behind the couch. Thank you so much!
