Hoping the braintrust here can help! I purchased a single drawer summit fridge Nov 2023. It is installed in a custom cabinet in a dormer 'coffee bar" . Temp setting has remained at factory setting of 38F. I have had repeated issues of the fridge just heating up for no obvious reason after a few months use and it reaches 40-50 degrees in less than 12 hours. When you pull the drawer out you see ice on the back wall. I am still under warranty and have called, summit sends a local repairman . They have replaced the control board, replaced the fridge, and then replaced the control board in that new fridge all in 10 months. I have asked the repairman if they see any issue with the installation and they say no. The front vent is clear. What am I missed friends?

Note: installation instructions call for 1/4" in pace on each side and top with 2" at rear. We exceed space requirements called for all around. The fridge is rated outdoor/indoor and is obviously installed indoor. The fridge is not loud and the sound does not change when it gets warmer and it continues to run.
