I always recommend a sink for a laundry room, but this a terrible design. Even if you put the washer where the sink is, the plumbing is to the side of the machine, not behind it. What is on the other side of the wall behind where the sink, washer and dryer are now? It looks like there may be clearance to position the washer to where it would back to the plumbing supply, but then you would have to move or completely uninstall the sink. What is on the other side of the dryer-how far does the room extend?
