It looks good, Newbie...good job growing it. It's similar to BFY and like BFY the color can vary.

Forever - I love the look of your Perfume Factory. I have it too...it's really a stellar rose! I love how you compared the color of your BFY (Bobby) with other roses. Really gives us a better idea of the look of your blooms. Your first (from your last post) bloom's color is amazing!!

@rosecanadian, I love Perfume Factory too, especially the fragrance. I wish it will bloom more next year.

Linda mentioned from her observation Bobby sometimes has darker color than BFY. I am really looking forward to it next year

Well, BFY can be very dark , and I don't know that Bobby gets any darker. But my BFY puts out such a range of colors from pale pink to pale lavender to mid purple to very dusky dark purple. I grow my Bobby plant and BFY plants close to each other so I see them often near my front door, and I'd say Bobby's blooms are more often dark. I don't think I've taken a good picture of either one of them at their darkest. I like all the changes in color.

Mine's about to bloom again ...it repeats well. I'm guessing since it's been cold that when the buds open they're going to be extra dark.

I remember seeing Feiy’s photo of Rhapsody in Blue and I was awed! But I also read (maybe in hmf?) that it does not do well in warmer area so I have passed it. Your midnight blue has such intense color! And I love International Herald Tribune’s dainty flowers

You are so right!! Your Rhapsody in Blue rose has SUCH a saturated color!! So beautiful!!! I'm more awed by the lighter blue color though. :) :)
