"dirt" spots on flooring

Hi,

I recently noticed a few dirt spots on our floor. Please see the attached pictures. They can't be easily wiped off. We've been keeping our floor very clean so I am not sure what they are. Does anyone know what they are and how to remove them? Thank you.

How old are th floors? Dirt sticking to some sort of adhesive would be my guess. to know what to clean the residue off with you will need to know what the actual finish is on the flooring. Looks to be a prefinished floor by the microbevel but tough to tell much else.

It’s about 1 year old. It is prefinished floor. I believe the finish is UV Cured matte, low VOC, water-based poly.
