For the drapes, I think you could go either way, depending on the overall look you're aiming for. Ivory will give a light, airy feel and keep the focus on other elements like the rug and bronze hardware, offering a soft contrast. On the other hand, a blue drape that complements the tones in your rug would tie the room together beautifully, adding a bit more color and cohesion. Since the rug is already a statement piece, the blue could make the space feel more grounded and intentional.

The height and width of your side tables sound just fine, and I understand not wanting runners with a storage bed. Instead, you could opt for a protective layer under the bed, like a large flat mat or rug pad, that still allows for ease of use without compromising the aesthetics or practicality of the storage space.

The nightstand tables are a bit to small..at only 11” square and 29” tall they will tip very easily…,what is the size of the room? is it a double bed? I would add a warm neutral for drapery panels.

Go as wide as you can on NS fill that side area on both sides..

It’s a small room 10.3’x9.3’ with a full bed. I went with the smaller tables due to the closet door, I have it stopped at 90° which leaves the space between the door and wall with 14”. If I went with larger tables I think I would have to address the closet door by making the opening even smaller?
