I am trying to choose new railings and concrete stain for my front porch and steps. The new railing will be aluminum, and there are a few color choices available. The interior and exterior accent color is copper and/or bronze, so I am considering a bronze-colored railing. Classic white would brighten the entry, but that almost seems too easy. Also, the concrete porch and steps are going to be stained to make them look fresh, and I have no idea what color to stain them! I've included a picture of the porch as well as one of the entire house. I am open to painting the storm doors a different color, but no major construction projects. I should also mention the interior has a cottage vibe to it, and I live in a very traditional neighborhood. All ideas for both railing and porch color are welcome and appreciated!
(Pay no attention to the poor landscaping - that's on next year's to-do list.)
