Stucco crack repair (Florida)

last year

Have some cracks in the stucco on the side of my house in Tampa, Florida. Noted some water intrusion on the other side of the wall and assuming that it is coming from these cracks, but I could be wrong. Pictures of the cracks that are located around the two windows as well as the vertical ones along the wall.

Looking for any thoughts from the group, if the water intrusion could realistically be coming through these cracks? Secondly, what is a way that I could seal these cracks, ideally with something that is transparent so I don’t have to repaint everything? What’s the best solution to get these cracked sealed Assuming they are the problem.

Interestingly, when water did get into the house, only the floorboards were wet, and I could feel the water under the floorboard, but the wall was never damp or wet as far as I could feel

In the photo, I circled in blue. The noticeable cracks on the exterior. I circled in red the exterior wall that corresponds with the interior wet area that is shown on the interior picture.
