Many pendant lights hang from chain or wire making them easy to adjust.

Here is one photo I found that illustrates what Hallet is describing. Note that although the chains are different lengths, the grouping of pendants does not look strange because the eye is drawn to the glass globes:

Having the wires different lengths will look just fine. Wire will be less noticable than chain.

Installing individual pendants (ones with their own canopy) rather than trying to find a suitable multi-light pendant will give you much more choices of what you can do in this area.

Not all multilight pendants are sloped-ceiling compatible. Additionally, some only permit you to install if parallel to the slope and some only permit you to install perpendicular to the slope. Multi-light ones with rods (rather than wires) are likely to not be compatible.

If the different lengths bother you, there are multi-light pendants where you adjust the individual pendants to drop down different lengths in whatever random pattern you like.
