I like the white that it is. The house color & black shutters provide the pop & the white windows & doors look nice & crisp. I would like to add either a white or black stair railing for safety. I see the white railing at back door so maybe white at front? But, black would look nice with the black shutters & ’formalize’ this front entry.

Thank you for making the time to comment, as well as the insight. The railings are another project. Actually, I was thinking of black spindles with white vinyl railings(trying to minimize upkeep).

😊 Great that railings are on to do list. I do think I’d pick one color for both spindles & railings because the mix would look too choppy. Not sure if the railing posts would be mounted on porch or in the ground but maybe a cross piece X type of design could be used instead of spindles especially if using vinyl. Not sure about the viability of doing that - just a thought. I think I’m leaning towards using white instead of black. But, a larger & more visible black porch light would look great. Don’t know if house #’s needed as this looks like a home in rural area but black #’s would look good too.

I like the white, too. If you re-paint, make sure it's a creamy white (a warm white, not a cool white)

I would paint them the same white as your windows and the railing that can be seen at the side of the house.
