We need a lot more info and the builder can wait the interior finishes are not needed at framing stage since IMO you do not even design the kitchen until all the drywall is in in most cases. As for mixing whites IMO not a good idea it often fails SO if all this has to be chosed keep it simple Any whites all the same color maybe different sheens .I would not do honed granite and I also would not do chamois walls since that is just another white . All builders want to paint before flooring and this color cut 50% so just a hint of color is what I often choose for clients it is a true neutral and allows white trim to look awesome it is a BM color and I have used it many times and almost every client has loved it /

I agree with Patricia Colwell (when do I not, LOL). The builder shouldn't be requiring paint colors at this stage.

Choose either Simply White or White Dove. They are too close to each other to use both. I have Soft Chamois with Simply White trim in two bedrooms, my upstairs hall and foyer, so I like that combination. Pale Oak is similar to SC, but a little darker. I also like Edgecomb Gray which is a little darker than Pale Oak. But before you get wedded to BM colors, make sure your contractor will use them. Builders seem to prefer SW because it's cheaper. Color matching between brands rarely works because each brand has its own base. If you need to be choosing SW colors, focus your efforts there.

Thank you for this! I do know he is using BM although he would probably use whatever we want. I just repainted my current home with Pale Oak to help with resell. I like it but it is a little dark here.

That color cut 50% is ahint of green whick I have found litereally works with every color and every wood..
