Do you have a spare piece or sample of that countertop? If so, pick a color from it, and take it to the paint store, to have it mixed. Its impossible for us on are computer screens, to get a really good color match. I do like the countertop. On my computer it looks very nice. You could go a creamy color like the background, or pick any of the colors that are on it.

A paint color is best chosen with the floor and wall color too….try to post a photo showing all of those elements together with the granite for best responses.

Good idea. See below. It’s a pretty blank canvas. Any white paint you see will be painted with the new color.

J Goodel - it’s a bit hard to tell, but I say stay with a whitish color. I recommend not painting the pantry and/or shelves anything dark. It may be hard to see things, especially with compromised vision. BTW - My brother is color blind and can’t tell the difference between reds and browns and greens. Is that how it is for you? I’m visually challenged and I always have angst when choosing colors. Good luck to you 😁

It's a pantry. Don't be boring. I'm not sure what you're going to paint, but I'd love to see the faces (at least) of the shelving Cheezit box red. How about apple green? Or (more adult) sage green?

You could choose three or four colors that look good to you, and then ask us or ask someone, of these choices which ones would work.

A blue/gray would be a nice contrast to the orange and brown in the stone. You might be able to see the blue in it? Here is Benjamin Moore Solitude.
