Please help - Papaya diseas

Hello, I live in Jacksonville FL , planting zone 9b. I bought the papaya tree from nursery 3+ months ago, and re- pot to 10 gallon pot. It has been growing , but recently has it leaves started dying off starting from lower branch. I water twice daily. Soil is top soil added with sands and potting soil.Any advice is appreciated. Thank you
