Chippendale was an English woodworker who lived in the 1700s. He published a book of furniture designs. Furniture in that style is called Chippendale. Your piece is very unlikely to be made by Chippendale himself. Furniture in that style has been popular at a number of times over the years, so your question is really about the age of your piece.

The value will be based on the quality of the workmanship and the age.
