Can we save this flooring?

Edited: We're most likely going to demo the flooring and cabinets. Thank you to everyone who responded.

What if anything could we do to save the flooring and tile in this kitchen (in a condo) and also throughout the hallways so that we don't have to replace it and take out the kitchen cabinets? It looks so outdated and filthy. Unfortunately, there was an undetected bathroom leak and we have to tear out the flooring in the two bedrooms and bathrooms anyway.

Even if you refinish the tile, it's not the best look with all that white. It looks like saltillo tile, which is a great look, but a more rustic vibe than the modern looking white cabinets, counter top and tile. Just doesn't go together. If you're planning on keeping everything else, it would be best to replace the tile. What flooring are you planning in the rest of the condo? What is the style of the home? Maybe more photos would help.

There are companies out there that can strip and re-seal tile and grout. Makes it look new again.

cleaning the floor as everyone says mey help but i would maybe think about changing out the cabinet and drawer pulls to a warmer tone to coordinate with the floor.

Thank you everyone who chimed in! After reading Diana's comment about the rustic floor clashing with the modern cabinets (and not being a fan of these types of tiles anyway) we've decided to pull them out and start new. The rest of the condo is already almost completely gutted due to the bathroom flood. I'll start a new thread and post a couple more photos of its current state. It's located in Hawaii with a nice view of a turquoise water canal and I would like to go with a look that's more of a modern beach retreat vacation condo.

You'll need a new layout--having a dishwasher right next to a range is not the best for working in a kitchen.
