Do you want to waste space on that wrap around seat/hearth? I would get rid of that and lower the firebox. TV looks crammed and placed too high.

You need to completely rethink the wall and fireplace.

First of course no room for builtins with thta huge hearth why that at all . IMO if the tV was planned to go in this space the FP off set would have been a better choice too.IN fact i don't like anything about that FP so please a lot more info as to how far along the build is .Flaoting shelves to use for what ? In my experience those shelves end up being a huge issue to style with often cheap stuff you got at Home Goods .I actually do new builds with the FP in the LR and the TV in a FR so there is none of this needed but of course depends on the plan.

If interested/possible at this point, maybe rethink the design if the rendition is reflective. Hearth is too high visually and if removed, mantle is lower (or don’t add one), then tv could be placed there. Stone is very dark and might overpower room given its height. With hearth gone, your options for the sides increase and creating balance on such a prominent wall is important. Maybe look on line for ideas that resonate with your design plans and needs.
