The other side of the room- these photos are 7 years old but the doors have not changed.

Approx 12feet from wall to fireplace by 16 feet window to door.

The pictures show the most logical furniture arrangement- a small sofa and love seat with a coffee table large enough for board games if it’s a family area. Find a rug or art in colors you live and go from there. Furniture with neutral colors, dark enough to hide some dirt and a nice,stain resistant fabric. Bring color into the room with pillows,throws art and accessories.

Pretty room! One suggestion would be to paint the beams the same as the ceiling.

I usually do the opposite with the TV in the FR and the conversation space where the FP is So you do not watch TV much is what I am asking. I do see a small TV in there so of course any seating now needs to consider that TV maybe put it on an articulationg arm then the FP can still be the focal point. I do however need a to scale floor plan shoing every window, doorway where tjose lead and every meausrement clearly marked . How many seats are needed all the time ? I like a sofa and 2 chairs almosrt always . I don't usually like beams but as I see the space I think they kind of add a bit of interest to the space .I never buy a loveseat and you have lots of space for a sofa and 2 chairs .What I see in the pics is nothing like the wall with the cabinet and very sleek style , I gues you need to explain which syle you like and please no sectional it does not work IMO anywhere .

That ceiling fan is useless that close to the peak. I'd place it on a 72 inch down rod.
