I would re stain the vanity and find wallpaper that you love for the walls. The reason I say wallpaper is because you don’t have a place to hang large art. Then find accessories to add to your countertop.

Sorry about the scratch. Can the cabinet door be sanded and refinished to remove the scratch? I think the bathroom looks great, but needs a little life, a little color. Any place for a small framed piece of art on the wall? Or a couple of colorful accessories on the countertop? No clutter of corse. Question: where do you hang the towels? I couldn’t locate a rack for them.

Also, I generally prefer hardware to be consistent in a small space.

For towels we use the small hook by the shower door. Then we dry them on a rack on the back of the door!

The hardware is a conundrum also. If I can refinish the vanity then maybe I’ll have to remove the pulls on the tall cabinet?

There is something very appealing about the simplicity and modernity of the white walls, wood vanity, and dark floor. I'm not a fan of modern, but this even appeals to me in a handsome masculine way.

I'm lazy AF so I'd try to get a stain pen and see if I can blend in the scratch. Having the vanity painted does nothing for me.

I'd go for a deep dark blue-black instead of sage on the wall cabinet. True, I don't hate the sage either, but after all of the work you did tiling this room, it should end up with more of a "yes this works" than an "I don't hate it."

While I love the brass faucet and cabinet hardware, I think it is too much of a mismatch with the all black shower fixtures. I'd switch them out for polished chrome. For some reason chrome and black feel like a fine mixture in a small bath, whereas black and gold feels like a miss. (Yes, I'm a Steelers fan and wrote that!)

Small framed picture above the light switches would be great, especially if it works in the color of the painted cabinets. What is above the toilet? Window and shade?

I like these colors as inspiration for how this could come together. Even though the space is masculine, that one pop of color on the vanity really evens it out.

That green needs to be a whole lot more vibrant. And then tile the whole wall behind the vanity with Daltile Artcrafted in Fern The cabinet needs to match the tile.

That sage does not say MCM to me I think it needs to be more yelow green and more intense . Please change the ceiling light too. All the hardware IMO should be the same color and since the black is a bit much it needs to be somwhere else too maybe even black towels IMO hang a piece of art over that indent above the toilet and A nice one piece toilet would have been a great idea but maybe later

Wallpaper, consistent hardware finish it looks like shower hardware is black so change rest to match. The a light aqua for more spa-like feel instead of the sage green. Wallpaper to tie together the dark floor and your ultimate painted surfaces. Currently it appears your workmanship is commendable but choices are too random.

As others have posted I'm not loving the different fixture colors - the gold vanity faucet and the black shower fitting don't coordinate well. The green cabinets do compliment the wood vanity and door but am wondering if painting the vanity will give a more cohesive look but you might consider a different color if your wife doesn't find that color appealing.

Something to keep in mind in choosing colours for your bathroom, is that your shower glass is already casting a green tone of its own .

Sand down the vanity and stain it natural..as light as possible…than bring the green paint color onto the walls…match the gold handles from wall closet onto vanity…but if possible I would change all hardware and faucet to black.…paint bathroom door White.
