You could have a media cabinet island to hold the TV

Installing it within the stair construction would be a good way if it's needed.

I love sectionals, but this room seems better suited for a sofa and lounge chairs IMO.

I agree with Beverly; a sofa and two chairs are much better suited to this space. Especially if you have a TV room elsewhere. Personally I would not block the doors; I love the architecture/view of both the door sets. Not something you typically see. That does limit your staging options, but I like the idea of the sofa agaist the wall with the windows, chairs on the other corners of the rug. This groups your seating area in front of one set of doors but doesn't block it, and leaves the other set of doors also clear for foot traffic.

Yeah, the example phot you had in the other post, with the red couch and white chairs, seemed like a good setup. Agree that a conversational setup is good in the long run, with a coffee table, even if you keep it more open for another couple of years. I'd look for an accent color too, at least in pillows and art, even if not with a couch.
