I am in the process of a remodel and since our house is 12 years old, thought this would be the perfect time to re-paint and change out the trim to bring it more up-to-date. I have a brown picked out for my walls that will be in the living, kitchen and hallways and thought about using the lightest color on the same color strip for all the ceilings but it is cream, not white. I then wanted to put crown up in the living and kitchen which would be white to match the base trim and doors. Has anyone done this before, brown walls, cream ceiling and white crown? And if so, what are your thoughts? I am having a hard time visualizing this so would love to hear everyones opinion.
