Just bought a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home on a larger lot and want to remodel the current layout so that it's more suited for my life.
Ideally, I'd have a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home with an office/den. There would be easy flow from indoor to the backyard.
Thinking to first get rid of the interior walls that are highlighted in red. Possibly bumping out the rest of the back wall so that it matches the laundry space. Then installing glass doors on the back side of the home, which would necessitate moving where the kitchen cabinets and the sink area.
Would love to hear thoughts on
1) How to layout the kitchen.l
2) Any ideas on improving the closet spaces, which are currently deep but not very functional
3) Maybe building out the attic so I can use it as an office space
