What are the chances the key pad can be moved to a less prominent location?

You have room for a narrow table and art or a mirror above..........................but not with that keypad.

I would not put the keypad in between two pieces of art. If you can't move it, you need to set up everything to the right of the keypad.

I can’t move the keypad unfortunately. It’s there to stay. I wish I thought of better place options when I had it installed

Why do you not think you can move the key pad? It may be worth it for a few hundred dollars. There are covers for key pads that can look like artwork so you may want to consider doing a grouping of paintings or even family photo's with one covering the key pad with a hinge to open it.

I could call and ask it to be moved, pay the couple hundreds to do that, and then get it patched. It’s just a process.

Since you have such a large opening in your hallway I would really not think of it as 3'-8" wide. Wouldn't advise that you get a really big and deep table but your hallway looks as though it could accommodate a medium to narrow table.

Is there a length you would recommend?

I'd have one painting that I'd put to the right of the box and a runner rug on the floor.

I don't know if this style of furnishings works with the other items you have already selected for your home, but you have options..............................provided you move the key pad closer to the entrance door.
